Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a motivated Junior SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementation, enhancement, and support projects. You will engage in workshops, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and training activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP solutions and learn SAP integration processes.

The role emphasizes a strong interest in finance and ERP systems, with opportunities to grow through SAP certification

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in SAP FICO and ERP technologies.
• Intermediate English (B1-B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Assist with SAP FI/CO configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, and client meetings.
• Support testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn SAP integration processes.
• Follow project methodologies and SAP best practices.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and SAP certification programs.
