Capgemini Mexico is hiring a Junior SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance & Controlling implementations, enhancements and support. You will work with finance and ERP teams to learn SAP modules and best practices in a global consulting environment.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, up to 3 years of SAP/ERP experience, and a willingness to grow through training and certification programs. Apply to join a diverse, innovative team in Mexico.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience in SAP/ERP, Finance, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting and business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate English (B1–B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Support SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Assist with SAP FI/CO configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, and client meetings.
• Support testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn SAP integration processes.
• Follow project methodologies and SAP best practices.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and SAP certification programs.

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance, accounting, and ERP systems, along with a passion for learning SAP technologies and building a career in consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Assist with SAP FI/CO configuration, testing, and documentation activities.

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in SAP FICO and ERP technologies.
• Intermediate English (B1-B2) or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP training, certification, internship, or ERP exposure.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO concepts or financial processes.
• Exposure to SAP MM, SD, or other SAP modules.
• Experience with testing, documentation, or process improvement activities.
