Capgemini Mexico is seeking an SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management across global environments. You will gather business requirements, translate them into system configurations, drive upgrades, testing, and change management, and partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Certification preferred.
• Strong expertise in HR processes and SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Experience delivering solutions for large, global organizations.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Provide expert guidance on Performance & Goals and integration points with Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.
• Support global implementations, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design reviews and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project risks, recommendations, and outcomes.
• Support Agile delivery and DevOps practices throughout the project lifecycle.
