Oracle is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to design and develop Python applications for enterprise, data center, and cloud networks. You will build automation frameworks and APIs to automate provisioning, validation, and telemetry across OCI, AWS, and Azure, integrating with IaC pipelines and configuration management.

You will implement IaC, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and zero-touch provisioning while contributing to observability dashboards and incident response.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/EE/IT or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python development including automation frameworks, libraries, APIs, tooling, and network automation solutions.
• Experience with enterprise/cloud networks; knowledge of at least three technologies: Network Automation, Firewalls, L2/L3 Switching, Load Balancers, VPN, OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, zero-touch provisioning, and configuration management.
• Experience supporting incident, change, capacity, and problem management.
• Familiarity with ticketing/incident-tracking systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and develops network systems for enterprise, data center, and cloud environments.
• Builds Python applications, libraries, APIs, and automation frameworks for network operations and lifecycle management.
• Automates provisioning, validation, monitoring, and workflows across IaC pipelines and configuration management.
• Develops telemetry, dashboards, data collection services, and alerting for observability.
• Supports incident response, change, and capacity management; participates in on-call rotations.
• Collaborates with vendors and internal teams on network configurations and validation.
• Leads junior engineers in testing, reviews, and documentation.
