Job Description
  • Understand the market and the company’s KPIs to elaborate analysis and propose action plans to be reviewed with the manager for brand growth.
  • Adapt marketing initiatives to the target audience.
  • Perform monthly tracking analysis and prepare presentations and reports (Nielsen, Media Coordinate). Coordinate and track project timelines with both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring all administrative requirements of the area are fulfilled.
  • Support the development of new products or channels by collaborating on catalogue strategies and e‑catalogues.
  • Maintain communication with the global team, suppliers, partners, and internal team to ensure launches and KPI achievement.
  • Be responsible for arts development and key visuals in general (packaging, promotions, mock‑ups).
  • Create and manage social media, proposing new creativity, media, or other initiatives to drive brand growth with both internal and external vendors.
  • Participate in any projects linked to the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in bringing new products to market.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen skills.
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
