A leading sleep innovation firm in Mexico City seeks an Operations Manager to oversee Latam operations, manage supplier relationships, and optimize delivery processes. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Engineering, operational experience in Mexico, and fluency in English. Formación

  • Graduation degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Production, or related field.

What you'll do:
  • You will be part of the Americas Operations and be responsible for operational topics for the Latam market.
  • You will be the key contact and work closely with our suppliers plus warehouse & logistics partners in LatAm
  • You will work closely with our global operation team to create the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights.
  • You will create/optimize the smooth process from product shipment to last-mile delivery.
  • You will collaborate with Customer Excellence team to address customer concerns.
  • You will monitor closely with Americas S&OP team the sales velocity and provide insights for the forecasting of supply.
  • You will oversee and analyze the operational workflow and optimize the procedure.
  • You will create a strategy that automates the process of our cooperation with suppliers/warehouse partners.
  • You will work closely with internal and external partners to provide quick response and strong support for CN offline business growth - including warehouse and logistics service providers, manufacturing vendors, sales managers, and dealers.
  • You will ensure a highly efficient process handling from order-cash-delivery.
  • You will conduct regular review and optimize operation cost and efficiency.
  • You will support multi-channel strategy for both offline and online.
What you'll bring:
  • You have finished a graduation degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Production, or a related field
  • You have ideally had previous working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or First Mile/ Last Mile in Mexico
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have a positive mindset to overcome problems and to find out‑of‑the‑box solutions
  • You enjoy team work and take ownership for your tasks
  • You are a self‑starter and can work independently
  • You have a strong understanding of supply chain and production
  • You are analytically strong and have a strong appetite for making evidence‑based, rational decisions
  • You consider multiple aspects when making business‑relevant, pragmatic decisions
  • You are fascinated by fast scalable business models
