is seeking an International Accountant to support the recording, control, organization, and follow-up of the company’s accounting activities in Mexico. Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, you will handle daily accounting operations, reconciliations, AP/AR, monthly closing, and basic tax and audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation in line with Mexican requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field.
• Proven accounting experience in Mexico.
• Mandatory experience using CONTPAQi accounting software.
• Knowledge of Mexican accounting practices and CFDIs.

Responsibilities

• Record accounting entries (polizas contables).
• Enter and maintain records of expenses and income.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Review and organize invoices and CFDIs.
• Support AP/AR activities.
• Consolidate and file accounting documentation.
• Prepare supporting accounting schedules and reports.
• Assist monthly closing and tax/audit documentation.
