Ebury Mexico City — Office based — is seeking a Junior FX Structurer to analyze client FX exposures and design bespoke hedging solutions. You will price and structure FX derivatives, collaborate with front office teams, and contribute to market strategy development in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a quantitative degree, and fluency in Spanish with business-level English.

Formación

• MSc or BA in finance/quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of FX markets and pricing dynamics.
• Advanced modelling and risk management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and business-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze clients' FX exposures and hedging needs.
• Design and implement bespoke FX risk management strategies.
• Price and structure FX derivatives, from vanilla to exotic products.
• Collaborate with front office, FX dealing and FX sales teams.
• Propose market-driven pricing and structuring approaches for FX products.
• Execute FX hedges accurately while complying with regulations.
• Train FX Sales and Dealing teams on product strategies and pricing.
• Stay updated on global market developments affecting FX.
