Ruhrpumpen seeks an Electrical Product Line Engineer to own and standardize the electrical product portfolio, manage configurations, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

This role supports Sales, Project Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams throughout the product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction in engineered-to-order solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, product engineering, applications engineering, or product line management.
• Experience managing configurable products and engineered-to-order solutions.
• Experience reviewing customer specifications and preparing technical deviations.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, control panels, power distribution equipment, or packaged industrial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and control standard electrical product configurations.
• Review and approve custom product configurations to meet project requirements.
• Ensure configuration consistency across engineering, manufacturing, ERP, and documentation systems.
• Create and maintain electrical product configuration rules and guides.
• Lead standardization initiatives to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.
• Own and maintain the electrical parts database/library and establish approved manufacturer lists.
• Review and qualify new electrical components for library inclusion.
• Manage part numbering standards, descriptions, attributes, and documentation.
• Support Sourcing and Supply Chain on alternatives and obsolescence management.
