Klar is seeking a capable data analyst to support operations and drive data-driven improvements from their Mexico City base. The role blends data analysis, process automation, and stakeholder-facing reporting in a hybrid work setup 2–3 days in the office weekly.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel, SQL, some Python, and English proficiency, plus familiarity with Tableau or similar analytics tools. We offer a competitive, stock‑option eligible package and a range of employee benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Engineering, Digital Business Transformation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English. Most communication within Klar happens in English.
• Advanced Excel. Knowledgeable in formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.
• Intermediate / Advanced in SQL
• Basic Python
• Tableau is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support the operation and analytical efforts at Klar.

• Manual operations using our internal software applications.
