Klar is seeking a data and operations analyst in Mexico City with a hybrid work model, expected to visit the office 2-3 times weekly. You will analyze product performance, build dashboards, and automate processes to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in an engineering or analytical field, strong SQL, Python basics, advanced Excel, and fluent English; finance/credit analytics experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field.
• Intermediate / Advanced in SQL
• Basic Python
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel
• Advanced English level
• Previous experience in finance, credit, or other analytical role is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operations.
• Build reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Automate repetitive operational processes using data and technology.
• Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product economics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliver results.
• Translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and knowledge sharing.
