ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Body Design & Release Engineer to drive the design, development, validation and release of restraints components such as side airbags, curtain airbags and seatbelt systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interior system design and timely production releases in a fast-paced automotive engineering environment.

The role requires 0-1 year of automotive release experience, proficiency in CATIA V5/3DX or NX, and Teamcenter PLM for documentation.

Formación

• 0 to 1 year of experience reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (chassis components).
• CATIA V5/3DX or NX for 3D/2D model review.
• PLM (Teamcenter) documentation and release management.
• DFM principles.
• Manufacturing processes.
• PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical sheets management.
• Intermediate-advanced English (technical proficiency).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, validate, and release restraints components and systems.
• Oversee timing and production release of body design and release activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, manufacturing and purchasing to ensure design quality and release integrity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and release processes.
