The Junior Accountant responsibilities include maintaining general ledger, preparing month-end close procedures and files, reconciling account balances and bank statements. Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all assigned accounting tasks.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, statements, and reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Collaborate with the finance team on financial analysis and budgeting activities.
• Provide support during financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices
• Other miscellaneous tasks or special projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Contpaq, Oracle, SAP, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
