Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using SQL and .Net Core to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation to support software development processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development methodologies.
• Engage in learning and development activities to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting to enhance software solutions.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure and maintainable.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities with a flexible approach.
• Provide input on software design and architecture to optimize performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and .Net Core.
• Show interest in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting domains.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit effective communication skills in English at a novice level.
• Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Have the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Certifications Required

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certification in .Net Core desirable.
