Formación

Qualifications

• Current student in the final semesters or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.


• Strong interest in manufacturing and production operations.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.


• Advanced English skills are required.


• Full-time availability (for recent graduates).


• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.


• The workplace is located in Tecate, Baja California (local candidates will be considered).
