Radiall, a multinational manufacturer, is seeking a Jr. Accounting professional in Mexico to perform day-to-day accounting for AP and AR, invoicing, and month-end closings. You will work with the finance team to ensure accurate postings and reconciliations, while supporting vendor setups and general ledger activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 1–3 years of experience, and strong Excel and ERP skills. English proficiency is mandatory for internal communications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Entry level 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• English proficiency both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP accounting tools.
• Experience with Sage and SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day to day basic accounting procedures for AP/AR.
• Invoice customers for products and services.
• Assist month-end closings for AP/AR modules.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Collect accounts receivable from customers.
• Set up new vendors.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and process payments.
• Coordinate with Cost Accountant and CFO on documented procedures.

Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

• The Jr. Accounting is responsible for performing day to day basic accounting procedures in regards to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Invoice customers for products and services supplied to them
• Assure accurate and timely month-end closings of accounts payable & accounts receivable modules within the accounting system
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Collect accounts receivable from customers
• Set up new vendors
• Prepare periodic reconciliations of other general ledger accounts process payments received from customers and other parties
• Review and processes transactions between the Company and its vendors, in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• Work with Sr. Cost Accountant and CFO to assure that all accounting procedures are properly documented

Profile

Know the requirements

• Bachelor's degree on Accounting
• Entry level 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• English proficiency both written and spoken
• Ability to maintain meticulous records, invoices, debits, and credits, enter Account postings
• Financial analysis tools as Excel, Sage, ERP - SAP on Accounting functionality, etc.
