Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Operations Plant Manager for a large solar power facility near Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. You will lead day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires a senior engineering degree, 10+ years in plant operations, and 5+ years in leadership. You will manage budgets, supervise engineers and technicians, liaise with grid operators and regulators, and implement best practices to maximize energy output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in power plant operations, 5+ in management.
• Experience with solar PV, grid connection, and energy markets.
• Proven budget management and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Fluent Spanish and willingness to work on-site in Tuxtla Gutiérrez.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operational aspects of the solar power plant.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and permit compliance.
• Develop and lead the operations team of engineers and technicians.
