Magna International’s Cosma division is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. You will diagnose and repair automated, electrical, pneumatic and control systems, ensuring robots, welding equipment and facility systems operate reliably.

You will drive continuous improvements and support new projects and equipment startups. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree related to Mechatronics/Electromechanical fields, with 3+ years

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience leading technical staff and/or supervisors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics or related field.
• MS Office proficiency. CAD software proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate maintenance team activities under your responsibility.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in automated, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Ensure proper operation of industrial robots, welding equipment, and facilities systems.
• Implement continuous improvements in processes and equipment to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in implementing new projects, engineering changes and equipment startups.
