Job summary

Vishay Israel in Mexico is seeking a production materials handler to prepare and move components across lines, ensuring a smooth production flow. You will work with Line Scheduling and Manufacturing teams, handle stock from shelves or machines, document tasks in systems, and use plant moving devices as required.

This role also involves guiding junior team members and, when needed, taking immediate actions in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Preparing and transporting raw materials, parts and semi-products according to defined procedures.
• Cooperating with Line Scheduling and Manufacturing teams to pick parts and materials and move them to the next line according to schedule.
• Ensuring the appropriate documentation of tasks in the systems.
• Utilizing specialized moving devices in plants, as assigned.
• Guides work group members and ensures proper execution of assigned manual storage, pick and pack operations.
• Supervises activities and decides immediate actions if necessary while acting as a senior team member.
