What You Will Do

• Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to increase engineer efficiency.

Must Have

• Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership with the ability to meet deadlines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
• 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java).
• High proficiency in Typescript.
• Proficiency with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
• Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience building software in the cloud.
• AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
