Capgemini is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Analyst – Java Full Stack in Mexico. You will support, enhance, and continuously improve enterprise applications, working across development, support, and business teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You’ll leverage Java, React, JavaScript, and SQL to maintain functionality, support integrations, improve performance, and ensure operational excellence, while contributing to documentation,

Formación

• Strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and enterprise applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of integration with external systems and data flows.
• Familiarity with agile ceremonies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and incidents through ALM processes.
• Design and implement technical solutions aligned with requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain features using Java, React, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Support, monitor, and optimize application performance and user experience.
• Manage integrations between business applications and external systems.
• Participate in upgrades, maintenance, and production support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and training materials.
• Ensure security, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams during agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and time to market.
