Job summary

IMI plc in Mexico is seeking an IT Trainee to support administrative tasks within the IT department. You will handle tasks like configuring Yubikeys for employee access and delivering letters, while gaining hands-on experience in IT operations.

The role requires currently studying a Business Administration or International Business degree, in 5th–8th semester, with basic English and strong Microsoft Office skills; availability 7 am–3 pm on weekdays; insurance coverage for one year is preferred

Qualifications

• Still studying Business Administration or International Business degree or similar.
• 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th semester (a must).
• Intermediate English level is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configure Yubikeys for employee access to the Success Factors system.
• Deliver Yubikeys letters to employees.
• Document Yubikeys Inventory.
• Escalate issues in the 24H2 version installation.
• Support users to install Windows version 24H2.
• Support in the installation of PC images.
