Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a motivated student to support the Process Engineering Area in Querétaro. The trainee will help standardize the production area and work with quality, production, and maintenance teams to improve processes.

You will assist in calculating capacity and utilization and ensure adherence to standard work. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Mechatronics and are in 6th–8th semester with valid medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or Mechatronics.
• 6th, 7th or 8th semester with valid medical insurance
• English level: Medium (Desirable)
• Knowledge in time and motion studies and industrial engineering tools (Desirable)
• Knowledge of Autocad (Desirable)
• Knowledge of basic statistical tools and interpretation (Desirable)
• If recently graduated, you must have valid medical insurance for at least one year.

Job Requirements:

Level of Education and Experience:

• 1. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics
• 2. 6,7,8 semester, with valid medical insurance
• 3. Required level of English: Medium (Desirable)
• 4. Knowledge in time and motion studies, industrial engineering tools (Desirable)
• 5. Knowledge of Autocad (Desirable)
• 6. Knowledge of basic statistical tools and their interpretation, R&R, Histogram, boxplot, control charts (Desirable)
• 7. If you are recently graduated and desire to apply to this Trainee position, you must have a valid medical insurance for at least one year.
