A global automotive solutions provider is looking for an SAP ECP Specialist in San Nicolás de los Garza. This role involves implementing and maintaining the SAP Employee Central Payroll module, providing ongoing support, and troubleshooting payroll processes. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources or related fields and plus 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECP. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Familiarity with payroll-related system integrations and data migration.
• Knowledge of payroll practices in Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, or the Dominican Republic is a plus.

Job Summary

An SAP ECP Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the SAP Employee Central Payroll module. This role involves configuring payroll processes, supporting compliance with regulations, and integrating the payroll system with other external systems. The profile works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide support, and troubleshoot.

Main Responsibilities and Authorities

• Lead or assist in the implementation of the SAP Employee Central Payroll module for new legal entities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Employee Central Payroll system for current legal entities in scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Configure payroll processes, including pay structures, benefits, deductions, and tax setups.
• Customize the system to meet specific business requirements.
• CFDI Process and support.

Requirements

Degree Requirements

A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.

Required Certifications

Not required. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.

Previous Experience

• +2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Knowledge of Mexican payroll is essential.
• Knowledge of payroll practices in Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, or other Latin American countries is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll-related system integrations and data migration.
