PKC Group is seeking an IT Security Analyst in Torreón, Coahuila to safeguard information systems by designing, implementing and maintaining security policies, controls and authentication frameworks across the company’s technology environment.

You will ensure regulatory and corporate compliance through audit management and certification maintenance (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, ITGC, and client standards), drive MFA/SSO adoption, and enforce SoD across critical systems including the ERP, acting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT security, IT audit, or identity and access management
• Hands-on experience implementing MFA/SSO solutions
• Experience administering ERP security (roles, permissions, SoD)
• Experience supporting internal/external audits and certification renewal processes
• Experience working in multinational or corporate environments preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with international frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, ITGC, etc.)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors; prepare documentation and responses to audit findings
• Coordinate and support certification and compliance processes including ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2 and ITGC assessments
• Design, implement, and manage MFA and SSO across organizational systems
• Administer user roles, permissions, and access workflows in the ERP and other critical systems
• Monitor and audit user access logs to detect anomalies and policy violations
• Evaluate security software, IAM platforms, ERP security modules and MFA/SSO providers
• Provide training on security policies, MFA/SSO usage, and compliance best practices
