This role involves managing user accounts, maintaining SAP access roles, and supporting the Global I.T. Security team. Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP ECC and user administration, along with strong analytical skills and a customer-service orientation. A college diploma in a relevant field is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Remote work options are available.

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation ("FMIC") is seeking an experienced IT SAP Security Analyst to join our team in Ensenada, Mexico. As part of the Global I.T. Security team, you will assist in maintaining the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of Fender’s I.T. SAP services. This job can be remote in Mexico with regular travel to the office or hybrid in Ensenada, Baja California.

About the Job:

• Provision and de‑provision user accounts in Fender’s SAP environments.
• Administration of System, Service and Firefighter accounts.
• Maintenance of SAP authorization access roles.
• Assist with auditing SAP user access through continuous audit cycles.
• Perform ongoing analysis using GRC tools to evaluate SOD issues and ‘What If’ scenarios for access change requests.
• Leading and undertaking security projects and initiatives to further safeguard the SAP application environment.
• Undertake formal SAP Security training as required.
• Assist with the Fender user access audit process.
• Support Global I.T. Security team operations as required.

What You Need:

• 1 + experience working in an Information Technology team.
• Experience using SAP ECC application
• Experience of SAP user administration using SU01/PFCG
• Experience of Microsoft Office Applications.
• College diploma in relevant field.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to present ideas in non‑technical language.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a corporate environment.
• Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours where required to support projects or initiatives.
• The following is also desirable:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer security, information technology, or relevant field. Security+, ITIL, Prince qualifications.
  • Experience with SAP GRC and segregation of duty analysis.
  • Familiarity working with internal and external auditors.
  • Experience with audit and policy compliance.
  • Experience with Programming/Scripting Languages (Java Script, Python)
