The IT SAP Business Analyst role is both strategic and hands-on, utilizing analytical, consulting, business knowledge, and application solution expertise to effectively integrate, implement, and maintain technology solutions within the business environment.

The SIA is responsible for all aspects of our SAP application, including (but not limited to) understanding the capabilities and limitations of the currently implemented SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) Business Suite functional solution for SEDA, as well as providing MM/PP (Material Management & Production Planning) configuration and analysis support.

This position is key for the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) Production Planning solution at our Mexicali, MX location. It involves working closely with business subject matter experts in Irvine, CA, Grand Prairie, TX, and Mexicali, MX, along with other members of the Safran Support Teams (in France) to ensure alignment between business needs and application solutions.

The candidate for the SIA role is responsible for developing and delivering effective SAP solutions, primarily in PP, with emphasis on MRP, BOMs, Routes, Work Centers, and transfer of materials from Warehouse Management and Engineering from Enovia.

Minimum Qualifications

1. BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, technical training, or work/military experience.
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of IT / Business Analyst experience
3. Minimum of 5-10 years of SAP ERP functional hands-on experience, with Materials Management and Production Planning
4. Hands-on expertise in SAP PTP (MM/PP) modules and applications
5. The primary work location is in Mexicali, Mexico.
