Overview of the role:

The IT Recruiter position focuses on strategically analyzing existing pools of pre‑vetted candidates to successfully staff ongoing IT business opportunities. This role serves as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team while managing the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, ensuring both time‑to‑market and revenue optimization are achieved through analytical, adaptable, and discerning approaches.

Key responsibilities:
