Position Overview:
We are a leading IT Consulting and Staffing firm with over 28 years of experience delivering exceptional SAP, Oracle, Cloud, PMO, and higher-level IT staffing services. We are expanding our global recruiting team and seeking a Nearshore IT Recruiter to support our U.S. Delivery operations.
In this role, you will partner closely with our U.S.-based recruiting and sales teams to identify, qualify, and place top IT talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruiting: Proactively identify and engage IT professionals in Mexico, Latin America, and the U.S. through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks to fulfill client contract and contract to hire roles.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate technical and soft skills, and ensure alignment with client needs and organizational culture.
- Candidate Experience: Manage end-to-end communication with candidates from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with the U.S.-based recruiting and sales teams to align on requirements, market feedback, and candidate submissions.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified IT talent for future opportunities, leveraging market insights to anticipate client needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years as an IT recruiter within a staffing or consulting firm, specializing in contract or contract-to-hire placements.
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting U.S. recruiting (IT roles, client submissions, candidate coordination, or compliance familiarity).
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
