Trivelta, part of Plateau Enterprises, seeks an IT Manager to own a multi-entity IT environment end to end, including identity, devices, and MSP oversight. This hands-on role sets policy, leads security posture, and ensures scalable operations for a distributed team across Mexico, the US, and Spain.

You will build processes, manage vendor relationships, and mentor IT staff while coordinating with HR and leadership to align IT with business goals and compliance requirements.

Formación

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting to and working directly with C-suite.
  • Experience with AV systems, specifically Crestron and Google Meet room hardware.
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Basic security practices (identity management, MFA, endpoint security, patching).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Experience supporting international employees/offices (equipment logistics, compliance considerations).

Responsabilidades

  • Own IT Operations and Infrastructure end-to-end across 4 companies.
  • Build out the IT department: policies, tooling, processes, and eventually a team.
  • Manage identity, endpoint, and collaboration stack (Okta, Kandji, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password).
  • Own VPN and basic network/security posture (NordLayer or equivalent).
  • Manage AV systems for meeting rooms and offices, including Crestron and Google Meet hardware.
  • Support basic networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls) and coordinate with security engineer/vendor on more advanced needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships (MSPs, SaaS vendors, hardware suppliers, telecom/AV integrators) including contract negotiation and renewals.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding for domestic and international employees, coordinating with HR/EOR providers on equipment and access.
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of concurrent, high-priority IT projects across multiple companies.
  • Report on IT operations, incidents, budget, and roadmap to executive leadership.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency and scalability as headcount grows.
  • Manage IT budget and asset lifecycle across entities.
  • Ensure basic security practices are followed (MFA, least privilege, patching, endpoint compliance).
