• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Accounting-Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) or similar financial systems.
• AI certification or AI-related knowledge (PLUS)

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance operational teams and IT, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
• Provide functional support and timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and system issues related to Oracle and financial business applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues impacting key finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Support application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and release activities to ensure business continuity.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to drive system optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend sustainable solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions to prioritize system enhancements and support strategic projects.
• Ensure proper system utilization through end-user support, documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support critical month-end processes by maintaining application availability and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
