Sherwin-Williams in Mexico City seeks a Finance Systems Analyst to support Oracle and ERP-based financial applications. You will resolve incidents, assist with month-end close, and troubleshoot modules across AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, driving process improvements with Finance and IT across LATAM.

The role requires a finance/accounting background, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems. Location is Mexico City–Polanco; AI knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting-Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) or similar financial systems.
• AI certification or AI-related knowledge (PLUS)
• Location: Mexico City – Polanco
• Provide functional support and timely resolution of user incidents and tickets related to Oracle and financial business applications.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure continuity of critical finance processes.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and other financial modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams across LATAM to identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist with application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and documentation efforts.
• Monitor system performance and support operational excellence across financial applications.
• Gather business requirements, analyze issues, and recommend process optimization opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization and strong customer service support.
