• Our facility located in Puebla, MX is looking for a highly motivated IT Engineer to join our team!

What you’ll do

• Assist in root cause analysis, ensure timely contingency execution, and support remediation.
• Resolve 1st-level support issues, escalating as needed.
• Implement and manage data backup / recovery.
• Perform risk analysis, identify failure modes, ensure contingencies, and validate high availability / redundancies.
• Manage IT projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company / regulatory policies, including IT security.
• Maintain detailed documentation, process definitions, and contribute to end-user and team training.
