Job summary

IFF is seeking a seasoned IT procurement leader for its Mexico City hybrid role. You will manage day-to-day IT sourcing across Software, Hardware, and IT Services, align with Global Procurement policies, and develop category strategies to optimize costs and supplier value. Strong negotiation and SRM skills are essential.

The position requires 5+ years in IT procurement, experience with SAP/Oracle, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work and global exposure offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience across IT categories.
• Proven negotiation experience in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT procurement operations (Software, Hardware, IT Services).
• Lead sourcing strategy execution aligned with Global Procurement policies.
• Develop category strategies to optimize cost and supplier value.
• Perform spend analysis and supplier evaluations to drive decisions.
• Negotiate master service agreements, pricing, and vendor claims as needed.
• Drive year-over-year savings, working capital improvements, and efficiencies.
• Support digital strategy initiatives through supplier collaboration and insights.
