Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly skilled software engineer who can work autonomously and contribute as a key developer in complex projects. You will apply deep programming concepts and software design principles to deliver robust solutions.

In this role, you will mentor teammates, articulate technical options to non-technical stakeholders, and help align work with client goals while monitoring risks and costs to support successful project outcomes.

Aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific projectorwork area. Explains difficult concepts to a variety of audiences to ensure meaning is understood. Motivates other team members and creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area.
