Flowserve seeks a Warehouse Associate in Mexico to ensure same-day receipt of goods, proper storage, and accurate stock updates in Flowserve's system. The role requires packing, labeling, and dispatching per standards, with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will work with the Quality team, track orders, and assist with stock counts while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Experience in inventory entry and gatekeeping is valued.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED with 5–7 years in warehousing.
• Previous warehouse experience including dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Forklift certification.
• Good computer skills and experience with inventory/order entry.

Responsabilidades

• Receive all incoming goods same-day and verify against documents.
• Store parts in correct locations and record into Flowserve OS.
• Process receipts and update stock in the system on the day of arrival.
• Label, pack, and dispatch goods to meet customer expectations.
• Pick and pack as per picking slip and finalize in the system.
• Safely seal and prepare parts for assembly areas as required.
• Maintain accurate stock status in the computer system and perform cycle counts.
• Book couriers and freight for collections and dispatches.
• Coordinate with Quality on related documents and issues.
• Track order status and assist in on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor PO due dates and expedite deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Assist with stock takes and keep inventories replenished.
