Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking an Inventory Controller with strong expertise in inventory control and demand planning to optimize stock levels and supply reliability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing demand trends, and maintaining data accuracy across ERP and databases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency, and will contribute to process improvements within the inventory function.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control and demand planning.
• Excel and database management at intermediate to advanced level.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with standard inventory concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient distribution of products.
• Analyze inventory and reorder levels.
• Analyze product demand for order expediting and item parameter maintenance.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary supply chain and inventory-focused projects.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Negotiate and execute stock rotations with vendors.
• Support new concepts, standards, and processes across functional teams.
• Support daily inventory activities and drive improvement.
