Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain ERP inventory accuracy, manage transactions (receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking), and support demand planning for manufacturing and operations. You will monitor cycle counts, investigate variances, and develop forecasts based on production plans while ensuring material availability and lean process adherence.

Strong English skills, experience with ERP/MRP (Oracle preferred), and proficiency with Excel and BI tools are

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related field.
English proficiency mid- to high-level; ERP, MRP, forecasting and inventory optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

Monitor ERP inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
Ensure inventory transactions (receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking) are accurate.
Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvements.
Monitor safety stock levels.
Investigate inventory variances and perform root-cause analysis.
Develop inventory forecasts based on demand and production plans.
