Magna International Inc. seeks an Internal Auditor in Mexico to assess IT controls, privacy compliance, and risk across systems such as SAP and Oracle. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and will engage with cross-functional teams to improve control environments.

You will apply COBIT, ISO/IEC 27002, and NIST standards, conduct IT risk assessments, and support audits in Windows/Unix environments and cloud platforms. This position is full-time and based in Mexico.

Formación

• Understanding of IT audit standards and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 27002, NIST).
• Familiarity with IT General Controls across diverse environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS SQL).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Understanding of IT audit standards and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 27002, NIST) and data security and privacy regulations (e.g., PCI, CPNI, CCPA, HIPAA)2 Working knowledge of IT General Controls in a variety of working environments and relevant technologies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS SQL databases, Windows and UNIX/LINUX platforms, Cloud computing)3 Adept at assessing complex IT and business process environments to identify potential IT, financial, operational, and compliance risks4 Excellent process facilitation, project management, problem-solving and analytical skills5 Strong organizational, time management, and follow up skills including the ability to handle and adjust to competing priorities to meet deadlines and commitments6 Must be fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken while possessing Portuguese language skills considered an asset7 Highly ethical, team oriented, flexible, inquisitive, and logical with the ability to maintain objectivity, confidentiality and integrity8 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products.
