Mattel is seeking an Accounts Payable support specialist in Mexico City to assist with invoice approvals in Coupa, process payment requests, and address AP questions from internal users and vendors.

You will help with payment confirmations and generate reports for the Tax team, ensuring accurate reconciliation against bank data and contributing to process improvements within the AP function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced English proficiency are essential.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with effective communication.
• Ability to identify process improvements and simplify workflows.
• Experience or familiarity with AP processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Support with invoice approvals in Coupa.
• Payment requests and validation of completed payments.
• Assistance and support for internal users and vendors regarding questions about the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
• Payment confirmations.
• Reports for the Tax team (reports are downloaded from the system and reconciled against bank information).
