The Opportunity
The Intercompany Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all intercompany transactions between legal entities are recorded, reconciled, and reported accurately and on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of financial statements, resolving discrepancies with counterpart teams, managing settlements, and ensuring compliance with global accounting policies. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and other markets. Clear communication and a proactive mindset are essential to ensure smooth month‑end close activities and proper follow‑up on rejected or incorrect charges.

Who Are We Looking For?
+ 4 years experience in similar roles - Knowledge of intercompany processes, reconciliations, and eliminations. - Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). - Familiarity with SOX controls, internal controls, and audit requirements. Professional Skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - Strong communication and coordination skills across different countries and teams. - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Language - Intermediate to advanced English level, able to communicate effectively through email, Teams calls, and reports.
