Primary Duties
Application Development
  • Develop new automated solutions, including analysis, specification creation, and coding.
  • Conduct testing (functional, unit, regression) for developed applications and integrations.
  • Analyze and modify programs to increase operating efficiency.
  • Independently complete smaller development projects.
Systems Analysis
  • Consult with Business and Systems Analysts to identify user needs and project requirements.
  • Evaluate development projects for feasibility, time requirements, and interface needs with existing systems.
Documentation & Communication
  • Prepare system/program documentation in accordance with department and corporate standards.
  • Provide project status reports and other communications to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with users and ensure continuous communication.
  • Stay updated on new developments in software, system development, and emerging technologies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), Computer Science (CS), or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Completed programming coursework.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, LogicApps, Dataverse, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with debugging and error‑free coding practices.
  • Fully proficient English level (written and speaking).
  • Experience working with highly confidential, sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and an affinity towards creating organization, structure and process.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship in IT or 1-2 years of IT experience.
  • Experience programming in Python.
  • Experience with Power Platform, JSON, and FX.
  • Familiarity with large data transformations and process automation.

  • Basic office environment (home office and site).
