Flex in Guadalajara is seeking an Integration Processes Supervisor to lead manual assembly and integration in a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness and efficiency.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage a team of engineers and operators, drive performance reviews, coordinate testing and support plant improvements with BAAN/FlexFlow ERP and advanced Excel use.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Senior experience as a planner or similar role.
• Basic–intermediate English required.
• Background in Electronics, Automotive or Mechatronics.
• Experience in manual assembly, integration and testing.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) and ERP knowledge.
• Schedule flexibility and urgency in decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Produce several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Lead a team of engineers and operators to meet quality, cost, delivery targets.
• Review daily plant performance and advise on efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach staff to improve capability.
• Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and develop proposals with engineers.
• Provide technical/operational advice to project teams for integration and assembly.
• Lead manual integration from screw-driving to final packaging.
• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs and functional tests.
• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
• React quickly to quality, safety or productivity deviations.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Integration Processes Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Integration Processes Supervisor is responsible r to lead manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.
• Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
• Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes.
• Provides technical/operational advice to project teams. Lead manual integration and assembly processes from screw-driving operations to final packaging.
• Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ICT, and functional and drying tests.
• Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
• React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Sr experience in as a planner or a similar position.
• Basic- intermediate English.
• Background in Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in manual assembly, integration processes, and electronic testing.
• Proven people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge Excel (pivot tables) and ERP systems (BAAN, FlexFlow).
• Schedule flexibility.
• Advanced Excel.
• Strong Experience on efficient control.
