HireHawk Inc. is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients in a remote role. You will handle inbound inquiries, collect essential information, and guide the intake process to a smooth, professional experience.

You will document client details in CRM, route cases to appropriate teams, follow up on leads, and maintain confidentiality with bilingual English/Spanish communication, available during US business hours.

Formación

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with intake procedures for personal injury or related services.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat from prospective clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist .
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures.
• Proficiency with CRM or legal case management softwares
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during US Time Zones.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standards.
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversations.
