GGA Solutions is seeking a Benefit Advisor to join our team. You will speak with customers over the phone to understand their needs and help them find benefit solutions that fit their situation.

This on-site role in Puebla requires bilingual English proficiency and strong negotiation and organizational skills, with commission-based earning potential. The position offers weekly pay with performance-based commissions.

Formación

• Bilingual English required (native-like spoken and written skills).
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills are required.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in Call center/BPO industry.
• One year of experience in sales.
