Medallia is seeking an experienced Research Analyst to contribute to advanced research projects and support client work. You will design instruments, coordinate surveys, and help translate data into compelling narratives through visual reports.

Formación

• 1+ years experience in start-to-finish custom research execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to sample planning, design of questionnaires, discussion guides, and screeners; test online surveys and coordinate with programmers.
• Analyze data, identify key insights, create data visualizations, and tell a story in custom-built reports – primarily PowerPoint.
• Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and manage external partners with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and timeliness while identifying opportunities to be innovative.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to client and team standards.
