We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

Renewal Operation
  • Manage all maintenance and subscription renewals in your territory.
  • Quote generation, including renewal, coterm & trade up quotes.
  • Diligent follow up with Sales Managers, channel partners and end users to bring in renewals before expiration.
  • Upgrade or decommission to EOS product.
  • Review renewal business and generate renewal report, provide the renewal forecast.
  • Work within existing renewals database and collaborate with sales team to drive process.
Sales Operation & Support
  • Manage renewal opportunity, work with distributor to submit renewal order in SFDC, generate renewal business report.
  • Generate authorization for tendering and after sales service undertaking to support sales project.
  • Manage the demo machines, mark the record in system and help with the delivery.
  • Help to book air tickets and do the summary report.
  • Stock management, including the market booklet and gifts, activity materials.
  • Office supplies purchasing, including stationery, snacks & beverages.
  • Work with financial team and help with the office expense application, manage the office expense PO.
  • Take care of the sales operation.
  • Provide high quality support to our Internal sales team (major account managers, regional account managers, channel account managers).
  • SFDC Management and Cadence.
  • SPR’s & Deal Registration.
  • Identify new leads to generate net new labels.
  • Direct sales management & ownership of low to mid-range opportunities.
  • Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities.
  • Build Partner and Distributor relationships to ensure maximum coverage across deals.
  • Manage personal forecast for sales management on low to mid-range opportunities.

  • Experience using Salesforce.com

  • Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT networking fundamental.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and its use in the market.
  • Have experience using systems like Salesforce, Tableau are preferred.
