Sensient Technologies is seeking an Innovation Scientist to develop innovative color solutions for the food industry. You will turn ideas into new formulations and help bring products from lab to market, working onsite five days a week with cross-functional teams.

You will lead formulation projects, perform testing and stability studies, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver practical, market-ready color solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years in formulation or product development in the food industry.
• Hands-on formulation, testing, stability studies and product development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize customized color formulations based on customer needs and specs.
• Lead application and product development projects with testing and stability studies.
• Support scale-up and early production of new color products.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and other teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
