Job summary

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of innovation projects in Beauty & Wellbeing.
• Coordinate timelines across supply chain, marketing, R&D, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Manage milestones, risks, and gate deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
