Job summary

Unilever seeks an Innovation Planning Coordinator to lead end-to-end planning and execution of NPI projects in the Beauty & Wellbeing category across Latam. You will coordinate with supply chain, marketing, R&D, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with planning tools (SAP, PLM, Excel, Power BI). Fluency in English is important for cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, project coordination, or innovation management.
• Strong understanding of innovation processes within FMCG, preferably in beauty or personal care.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in planning tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of all innovation projects within Beauty & Wellbeing.
• Manage milestones and gate deliverables, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Track KPIs related to innovation delivery (OTIF and cost targets).
• Maintain project data in SAP, PLM, and planning tools.
